Message: Grilled barbecue chicken with salsa roja and verde! Couldn’t resist the amazing smell from the smoker working it’s magic as I drive past this place every time on Buford Hwy.

Message: Yes the chicken is famous. Yes the salsa is hot. Yes they have just about everything from shampoo to fresh cactus.. However they have the best chicarones on Buford highway. Crispy, thick and with a lot of meat.. Hard to find these after the pandemic. Mostly the thin, meatless type.. Theirs though are very meaty and addictive. Not too greasy or spicy. Definitely check them out but they're only available on weekends.

Message: This is a small convenience store that does not sell alcohol.. They have a gigantic smoker on the side of the building that smells amazing.. The meat section is in the corner of the store. They have whole chicken, pork ribs, and pork rinds available. All tasted amazing and came with salsa. The salsa is green or red. I can't remember which is hotter.. The entire process lasted 2 minutes because the food is already prepared. I also like to grab some drinks and chips.

Message: Great store if you're looking for Hispanic groceries. It's a little bit smaller however you just grab what you need and get out.

Message: The chicken was everything today. Cooked just right & seasoned good. Go try it out

Message: Best grilled chicken in Atlanta. the store is spot on clean! They accept Apple Pay.. The sauces/salsa they gave me had no flavor unfortunately.

Message: A coworker mentioned that I should check out this place for their grilled/smoked chicken. The chicken was pretty tasty - seasoned well and cheap. $9. 31 for a whole chicken and comes with 2 sauces. The only criticism I have was that my chicken was a bit dry.. I'd echo some of the other reviews here: make some tacos with this chicken. It's a Mexican supermarket - get your cilantro, limes, onions, etc. while you are picking up your chicken.. So this is a supermarket - just go to the meat counter and ask for the chicken. There isn't a place inside to eat the chicken in the supermarket. It's a supermarket. However, there are a two park tables out in the back that you can eat at, if you so wish. I'd plan to take it home.
